Refund and Returns Policy

    1. We do not make cash refunds.
    2. Products can only be returned if the wrong product is delivered. To return your product, you should email the complaint to [email protected]:

    The company will incur shipping cost, import duties and taxes incurred as we send you the product.

    1. Should your product be damaged upon delivery, we will replace it with the right one.

    We will provide free shipping for the replacement product(s) however, import duties and or taxes imposed by your country will be borne by you.

    4.For door to door deliveries or when picking up your product at your local pickup location verify the content is as it should be. If there is an error, please immediately hand over the incorrect or damaged item back.
